The Takeover – Rocking OBF 2024!

The Takeover – Rocking OBF 2024

We are so proud of our new band, The Takeover, who performed at the 2024 Orange Blossom Festival in Rouse Hill Town Centre on Saturday 21 September. This was the band’s first public performance, and they rocked!!

The band played Breathe by Pink Floyd, Take Me Out by Franz Ferdinand and Song 2 by Blur.  The Takeover have been playing together since April and was formed as part of our School Holiday Band program.  Under the guidance of band leader, Pieter, the band consists of Maxx Music students with Levi and Eric on guitar, Cinni on bass, John on piano, Ben on drums and Maddie on vocals. I’m sure you’ll agree, they all have a very bright future ahead of them.

Watch their full performance below.
